Booking & Reservations
You can book a room directly through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button, or by contacting our central reservations team via phone or WhatsApp. We're available 24/7 to assist you.
Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Full payment for your stay must be cleared at the hotel at the time of check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Hotel Policies & Amenities
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas and non-smoking rooms. Designated smoking areas are available on the property. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
Currently, our properties are not equipped to accommodate pets. We apologize for any inconvenience. Service animals with official documentation are permitted.
Yes, all our properties offer complimentary on-site parking for our guests. However, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Absolutely! We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access to all our guests throughout their stay, available in rooms and public areas.
Yes, extra beds and room heaters are available upon request and are subject to additional charges as per the respective hotel's policy. Please mention your requirement at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
You receive a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in, and a 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before check-in. No refund is provided for cancellations within 6 days of check-in or in case of a no-show. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy page.

In cases of force majeure events (like natural calamities, strikes, road blockages, etc.) that are beyond our control, full retention charges will be applicable as per our policy. We strongly recommend that all our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
